Maksud Tiramisu
"Tiramisu (from Italian, meaning "pick me up" or "lift me up") is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (Italian: Savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of egg yolks, egg whites, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa."
Ada sesiapa yang suka tiramisu? Rugi kalau anda tidak pernah mencuba tiramisu. Kebanyakan resepi Tiramisu menggunakan mascarpone cheese.
Bagi produk saya, saya tidak menggunakan mascarpone cheese, cuma menggunakan cream cheese dan kek berperisa coffee.
